(PARC) Patrons of the Arts in Rural Communities

Since the inception of the Beaver Island Music Festival in 2003 this unique event has remained committed to their mission of “promoting the variety and tradition of all music and art” by creating opportunities for artists and our community. BIMF has become an educational resource, and strongly encourages community and family involvement in an outdoor environment combining nature, renewable energies, music, and artwork. This organization was founded with a strong dedication to growing these ideas and our board members are committed to preserving and nurturing our organization for generations to come! People like you have provided us with so many wonderful resources and suggestions that help us expand our reach with new ideas and events and you can find out more about that here.

“Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything.”–Plato
