Beaver Island Music Festival Vending Information

DEADLINE May 15TH
VENDING OPTIONS AVAILABLE:

• Option 1:  Weekend Vending Thursday-Sunday $150.00
  Includes:  1 Vending 3-Day Pass (covers your entry for Festival and Camping)
• Option 2:  Day Vending Pass (Thursday, Friday, or Saturday) $75.00
  Includes:  1 Vending Day Pass (covers your entry for Festival and Camping on the designated day only)
• Option 3:  First Time Weekend Vendor (Thursday-Sunday) $100.00
  Includes:  1 Vending 3-Day Pass (covers your entry for Festival and Camping)

*** All other persons must purchase a festival pass, or you can buy an Extra Weekend Vending Pass at $75.00 each. Limit 4

Important Information:

Set-up begins anytime on Wednesday before the festival.

There is only power for lighting (please bring outdoor string lights). Tables can be provided for your use. You will need a 10×10 tent. We have overnight storage available for your items.

BIMF will contact you upon receipt of your application. We reserve the right (in consideration of all vendors) to ask you not to sell an item that another vendor has already approved. We strive to ensure that all of our vendors do well.
