Lea Marra & the River Boys

Lea Marra & The River Boys are a high-energy bluegrass/folk band inspired by a wide range of genres, including country, bluegrass, blues, jazz, folk, jam bands, and rock. Lea brings her unique tone and powerful vocals to her performances, which are often compared to the vocal styles of Stevie Nicks, Bonnie Raitt, Alanis Morissette, Natalie Maines, Susan Tedeschi, and sometimes Dolores O’Riordan. Marra’s songwriting is influenced by Sierra Ferrell, The Chicks, Hot Rize, Dolly Parton, and Tyler Childers. Her songs reflect her life in the Rust Belt of Cleveland, Ohio, and the people she has met. Mara finds inspiration in her surroundings and the strength of nature. The River Boys bring Marra’s songs to life with their energetic, bluegrass-driven licks, memorable melodies, and occasional five-part harmonies. Lea Marra & The River Boys achieved a lot in 2024, starting with the release of their first album, Ace Of Cups, in March. Following the release, they gained many opportunities, performing on notable stages alongside regional and local legends.
