All ticket sales are final. Transfers are allowed, and we can move your ticket to a different Beaver Island Music Festival event if requested. To initiate a transfer, please contact us with your order number and the event you’d like to attend; transfers are subject to availability and any organizer rules, and may incur a processing fee if applicable. If the event is canceled by the organizer, you may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future festival. In all cases, keep your original ticket and order confirmation until the transfer or refund is resolved.
